• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
• Implement best practices in Python coding standards and conduct regular code reviews.
• Cloud Platforms:
• Leverage expertise in Azure and AWS to architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions.
• Optimize applications for cloud environments, considering scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
• ML Ops:
• Implement ML Ops best practices for model versioning, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists to seamlessly integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a development team, providing technical guidance, setting coding standards, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Make critical technical decisions to drive the success of development projects.

• Maintain an onsite presence in California to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with the development team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead Python Developer with a focus on ML Ops.
• Expertise in Python, including frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
