At least 5 years' hands on network/server experience with understanding of Networks (LANs and WANs) devices and protocols including troubleshooting
Hands on experience with IT infrastructure, including installations, configuration, testing and maintenance using Microsoft Intune.
Strong understanding of desktop /end user support, especially in relation to Office 365 environment (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Azure and other Office products)
Experience managing vendor relationships, or experience working in an MSP
BS/BA in computer Science or equivalent combination of skills, training and experience.
