- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and decision-making
- Work closely with IT and Marketing teams to gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources
- Utilize data and visualization tools such as Looker and BigQuery to present data in a clear and engaging manner
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to all levels of the organization, ensuring that data-driven recommendations are understood and actionable
- Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and presenting new insights from existing data
- Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive and data-driven
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making
Skills / Experience You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a data-driven marketing or business analyst role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to uncover insights from data
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or other BI tools) is a plus
- Familiarity with SQL and complex Excel formulas is a plus
- Hubspot or Salesforce certifications are a plus
