POSITION SUMMARY:
- Provides design recommendations aligned with long-term IT organizational strategy.
- Develops enterprise-level applications and custom integration solutions, encompassing major enhancements, interfaces, functions, and features.
- Utilizes a variety of platforms to deliver automated systems applications to customers.
- Offers expertise in the integration of applications across the business.
- Determines specifications, plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business-critical software solutions.
- Utilizes appropriate software engineering processes, either individually or collaboratively within a project team.
- Assists in resolving the most challenging support problems.
- Develops programming and development standards, procedures, and architectures for code reuse.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of state-of-the-art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing, and debugging programs.
- Understands and consistently applies the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies.
- Researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies with possible applications to the business.
- Viewed as a technical expert both internally and externally.

Qualifications:
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Possesses 7 years of experience in multiple IT areas and 3 years of relevant architecture experience.
- Requires advanced to expert-level knowledge and understanding of architecture, application systems design, and integration.
