IT Project Manager with a strong background in managing ServiceNow and other technology projects, coupled with expertise in Agile project management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for successfully overseeing end-to-end projects while collaborating with program managers and cross-functional teams.

End-to-End Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to closure, working closely with program managers and other stakeholders.
Project Schedule: Develop, maintain, and track project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
Issue & Risk Management: Demonstrate proficiency in identifying, addressing, and mitigating project issues and risks.
Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with a globally distributed, multicultural team, including multiple vendors.
Project Status Reporting: Consolidate project status reports and provide clear updates to relevant stakeholders.
Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools such as Excel, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project (MSP), and other relevant software for project management and tracking.
Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to project details to ensure accuracy and quality.
Project Management Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive experience in all aspects of project management and tracking.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.
