We are seeking a highly skilled Developer with expertise in digital technologies, including ReactJS, MySQL, and Core .NET Technologies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This position is based in Boynton Beach, FL, with a reporting location in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement software solutions using ReactJS, MySQL, and Core .NET Technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to resolve issues and improve overall system functionality.

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into software development processes.

Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Qualifications:

8-10 years of experience in software development.

Proficient in Digital Technologies: ReactJS, MySQL, Core .NET Technologies.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
