Hands on experience in Life Insurance domain (US insurance preferable)
Experience in development with Cobol, CICS, DB2/QMF and Mainframe environment.
Participate in development activities and guide the team members.
Thorough understanding of the SDLC: planning, analysis, design, coding, testing, problem resolution
Proven ability to work independently in a distributed team environment.
Work with client, users, Product owner, scrum master and cross teams(Dev, QA, BA) to capture requirement/Stories, provide demo and assist in solution development using Agile methodology.
Experience in handling digital transformation projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to resolve escalated issues with a sense of urgency.
