Main characteristics of the role -
- Senior level Oracle Fusion experience, deep technical resource / architect
- Has lead an Oracle fusion implementation with complex boundary system attributes
- Indepth understanding of Finance & SCM modules.
- Understands Fusion ecosystem and can be a technical lead for understanding how to integrate boundary systems (does not need to be a boundary system expert)
- Competent in assessing options and selecting the best solution among many within the Oracle Fusion modules
- Understands, and has experience in, building post launch support teams for Oracle Fusion and its related ecosystem
- 70% offshore, 30% onshore
- Can assess current talent and offer suggestions on how to leverage current skills
- Can assess and create training plans and programs for existing talent
- Can work with, and in partnership, with existing integration partner, existing resources, and existing managed service organization to provide proper support of phased Oracle fusion releases (FY24)
- Has senior level experience in IT and business controls as it pertains to the Oracle Fusion ecosystem and can drive highly secure solutions
- Has senior level experience in working with internal audit and information security teams and can lead and prioritize work efforts to ensure a highly secure solution
- Has senior level experience in understanding, evaluating options, and making architecture recommendations across Oracle fusion modules and how they interact with boundary systems
- Has led similar size multi-phased Oracle Fusion implementation projects which consist of complex phased and interim state architectures along a journey to full Oracle Fusion adoption
- Has senior level experience in Data migrations & data clean up steps from on-prem EBS and SaaS boundary systems to ensure accurate and clean data within the Oracle Fusion ecosystems
- Is comfortable with training members of the team on best practice technical Fusion option / solutions and support operations
- Is comfortable making technical Fusion architecture decisions to senior level leaders
