* Lead the planning and implementation of the Infrastructure and Operations leveraging modern security best practices* Develop full scale plans working with various IT, security, and Business teams* Facilitate the definition of scope, goals, and deliverables* Assemble and coordinate Program staff and manage program resource allocation* Plan and schedule program timelines and necessary weekly/daily or ad hoc meetings* Track program deliverables and fill out the program RAID using appropriate tools* Present and negotiate with internal business application teams, senior management, and IT teams* Create Governance, Executive Status Reports, and Roadmaps* Provide direction and support to the Infrastructure/Ops and security teams and coordinate with the IT managers and Business Application Program Manager* Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the program to all stakeholders* Present reports defining program progress, problems, and solutions, and perform risk management for project stakeholders including senior management and executives* Implement and manage program changes and interventions to achieve program outputs* Provide program evaluations and assessment of results throughout and post-project deployment.
