- Resident would support the large AI cluster we are deploying for Customer at their Fort Worth, TX data center: 160 x compute racks, 42 network racks, 5 management racks.

- Customer has requested the resident be responsible for the following duties, among other things:

o Be their hands and feet support onsite including vendor escorts and shipping/receiving management

o Use the Dashboard to identify problems and take necessary action (contact Customer resource, open a HW ticket..)

o Interact with support tickets, both Dell and Nvidia (open, manage onsite support)

o Document environment build and ongoing support processes

o Firmware/BIOS updates using Dell solution/best practices (best practices and tools adoption)
