We need:  a senior (10+ Years) Project/Delivery Manager with experience working with nCino and Salesforce. CANDIDTES MUST HAVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT, NCINO AND SALEFORCE EXPERIENCE. THIS POSITION IS HYBRID IN MIDTOWN, NYC THREE DAYS A WEEK.

 

Candidates must be LOCAL to the NEW YORK or NEW JERSEY area and COMMUTE into the city THREE TIMES A WEEK in Midtown, NYCNO RELOCATION CONSIDERED. Please send candidates even if they are over the target rate. The Client is flexible.

Job Summary

IT Delivery Manager with profound expertise in the banking industry, specifically in managing highly complex, large-scale  implementation programs for commercial & private lending platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep understanding of commercial and private banking deposits and loans, adept at managing multiple workstreams and collaborating with various vendors, with the capacity to report up to the C-suite level.

 

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the implementation and integration of commercial lending platforms: nCino, AFS, and DNA Banking Core, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives and requirements.

- Develop, plan, and execute program roadmaps, coordinating with multiple vendors and managing various workstreams to ensure timely and efficient implementation.

- Conduct technical analysis to inform decision-making, identify potential challenges, and propose effective solutions, supporting the project from initiation through to completion.

- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring the successful delivery of program objectives.

- Report program status, risks, and key performance indicators to executive and C-suite management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and organizational policies throughout the program lifecycle.

 

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in project management including development, implementation and maintenance of systems preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms or 5 years of experience in managing moderate to large scale projects.

- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale implementation projects for nCino and/or Salesforce platforms.

- Solid understanding of commercial and private banking operations, especially in deposits and loans.

- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with various vendors efficiently.

- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to conduct technical analysis and develop strategic program roadmaps.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to C-suite executives.

- Project Management certificate (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), PMI member in good standing preferred.

- Clarity, ITIL Foundations certified preferred.

-Proven ability to manage internal and external development projects from inception to successful implementation.

- Strong project management skills with the demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple small and large projects in a cross-functional environment.

- Strong understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management.

- Strong proficiency with both Agile and Waterfall/SDLC methodologies.

- Strong ability to coordinate and execute cross-functionally with technical managers, business managers, SME’s, customers, etc.

- Ability to communicate needs and schedules, as well as ensure that plans are in place and standards are adhered to.

- Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner.

- Excellent ability in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels.

- Demonstrated ability to coach other team members.

- Strong ability to influence those not within direct control.

- Proven ability to establish a high level of trust and confidence in both the business and IT communities.

- Excellent ability to prioritize work by dividing time, attention, and effort between current project workload and ongoing support tasks.

- Strong financial analysis skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.

- Strong ability to deliver presentations of complex information to a variety of audiences.

- Demonstrated ability to manage to a project budget.
