- Lead the implementation and integration of commercial lending platforms: nCino, AFS, and DNA Banking Core, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives and requirements.
- Develop, plan, and execute program roadmaps, coordinating with multiple vendors and managing various workstreams to ensure timely and efficient implementation.
- Conduct technical analysis to inform decision-making, identify potential challenges, and propose effective solutions, supporting the project from initiation through to completion.
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring the successful delivery of program objectives.
- Report program status, risks, and key performance indicators to executive and C-suite management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and organizational policies throughout the program lifecycle.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in project management including development, implementation and maintenance of systems preferably across multiple hardware and software platforms or 5 years of experience in managing moderate to large scale projects.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale implementation projects for nCino and/or Salesforce platforms.
- Solid understanding of commercial and private banking operations, especially in deposits and loans.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate with various vendors efficiently.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to conduct technical analysis and develop strategic program roadmaps.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to C-suite executives.
- Project Management certificate (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), PMI member in good standing preferred.
- Clarity, ITIL Foundations certified preferred.
-Proven ability to manage internal and external development projects from inception to successful implementation.
- Strong project management skills with the demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple small and large projects in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management.
- Strong proficiency with both Agile and Waterfall/SDLC methodologies.
- Strong ability to coordinate and execute cross-functionally with technical managers, business managers, SME’s, customers, etc.
- Ability to communicate needs and schedules, as well as ensure that plans are in place and standards are adhered to.
- Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in technical writing to all levels of the organization in a proactive, contextually appropriate manner.
- Excellent ability in interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
- Demonstrated ability to coach other team members.
- Strong ability to influence those not within direct control.
- Proven ability to establish a high level of trust and confidence in both the business and IT communities.

- Strong financial analysis skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
- Strong ability to deliver presentations of complex information to a variety of audiences.
