SAP HR Test Consultant:
• Years of experience: 5 to 7 years Must Have: - Must have SAP HR Functional Expertise
• Experience in Personnel administration (PA), Personnel time management, Payroll accounting and organizational management.
• Experience in Success Factor
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios
• Conduct thorough testing of file transfer mechanisms from local environments to Middleware like Seeburger and MessageWay.
• Validate file integrity, format, and content post-transfer, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform integration testing to guarantee seamless functionality between systems.
• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to address any issues and ensure smooth deployment.
• Document test results, issues found, and suggest improvements in the file transfer process.
• Strong proficiency in writing test cases, executing test scripts, and conducting various types of testing (integration, regression, etc.).
• Capability to perform validation across different servers and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
