Experience of analysing Data around the medical claims and offering solutions for improvement.

Collation, interpretation and understanding of Key Performance Indicators associated with workforce management, specifically around workforce planning and scheduling data and offering solutions for improvement

Able to demonstrate the ability to work in a team and under your own initiative

Develops and maintains effective internal and external relationships

Ability to engage and communicate effectively with key stakeholders

Organized and able to deliver projects on own initiative to time and scope

Strong Analytical and troubleshooting skills be able to liaise with solution providers.
