Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Lead Python Developer with a specialization in Machine Learning Operations (ML Ops). As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of Python-based applications, with a focus on implementing and optimizing machine learning models in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Python Development:

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.

Implement best practices in Python coding standards and conduct regular code reviews.

Cloud Platforms:

Leverage expertise in Azure and AWS to architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions.

Optimize applications for cloud environments, considering scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

ML Ops:

Implement ML Ops best practices for model versioning, testing, and deployment pipelines.

Collaborate with data scientists to seamlessly integrate machine learning models into production systems.

Communication:

Maintain an onsite presence in California to facilitate effective communication and collaboration with the development team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Proven experience as a Lead Python Developer with a focus on ML Ops.

Expertise in Python, including frameworks such as Django or Flask.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure and AWS.

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
