In charge of creating and maintaining custom objects and applications within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all things related to CRM software, such as system configuration, user needs, technical specifications, and system upgrades
Find and add third-party apps to improve and maintain the CRM system
Test the configurations and customizations of the CRM application
Lead or take part in customer analysis sessions to ascertain the application requirements for newly implemented CRM systems
Increase CRM's functionality by adding new entities, forms, workflows, and reports
Create business procedures and interfaces with other apps and Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications
Carry out data migration tasks
Outstanding communication abilities for documentation, presentations, and internal and external interactions
Familiarity with the SDLC, including testing and validating solutions
Demonstrated capacity for self-management and project delivery
Self-assured in decision-making, precise, meticulous, and capable of problem-solving and analysis.
Strong interpersonal, listening, writing, and verbal communication abilities as well as a foundation in project management.
Technical and/or Functional Certifications according to specialization.
A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or information technology is necessary.
