JOB DETAIL

  • Servant Leader with a passion to help Agile teams thrive and deliver high value to the organization.
  • Experienced with delivering complex, multi-tier IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS cloud-based software solutions.
  • Schedule and lead planning, program increment refinement, sprint refinement, Scrum of SCRUMs, sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile and quality ceremonies.
  • Coach, mentor and educate team members on Agile best practices and process improvements.
  • Work with other Agile teams, their Scrum Masters and client Stakeholders to ensure alignment and act together toward common goals.
  • Establishing communication with stakeholders and project teams.
  • Allocating sufficient resources as per the project requirements.
  • Keeping an account of the progress of the project.
  • Ensuring that the project is completed on time and with good quality.
  • Assisting the team in achieving a high level of performance and quality.
  • Holding teams responsible for their job.
  • Eliminating roadblocks.

 

Required skills:

  • 5+ years’ experience as an agile project manager in oil and gas.
  • Experience collaborating with teams who develop on Microsoft Technologies.
  • Strengths in planning, organizational navigation, and building / managing cross-team relationships.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and experience required, and certification highly preferred.
  • Experience with Jira workflows, dash boards and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze critical information and present recommendations to team and to leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Identifying, collecting, and analyzing metric data.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities.
