• Proven experience as a Finance Software Project Manager, with a strong track record of successfully delivering ERP projects.
• Expertise in ERP systems, including customization and integration.
• Proficiency in bank integration, Accounts Payable Tools, and Concur.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Orange, Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP Project Management: Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of ERP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
2. ERP Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and best practices.
3. Bank Integration: Collaborate with financial institutions and internal teams to implement seamless bank integration solutions.
4. Accounts Payable Tools: Manage the implementation and enhancement of Accounts Payable tools to streamline payment processes and improve efficiency.
5. Concur Integration: Facilitate the integration of Concur software for expense management and travel booking, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
6. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
7. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress, challenges, and milestones.
8. Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance and testing procedures to ensure the ERP systems and integrations meet high standards of performance and accuracy.
9. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business users, to achieve project objectives.
10. Issue Resolution: Identify and address project issues, risks, and roadblocks promptly to keep projects on track.
