Essentially, we are looking for a senior developer who is looking for an opportunity to prove they are able to take the next career step into a lead role. Or a lead who is still actively developing and willing to continue to be an individual contributor (at least at first).
A genuine willingness and excitement to learn new technologies, even if they fall outside the current tech stack.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented and efficient problem solver.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative and see projects through to completion.
Open to work within Oil & Gas Production Industry or financial services
