·         10+ years of SAP Implementation experience required

·         5+ Years’ Experience in SAP IBP implementations especially focused on Inventory Optimization and Supply planning

·         Work closely with business to understand the business processes and advise/train business on using IO & SP modules to the fullest

·         Support business in determining the best statiscal models for Demand forecasting

·         Strong client-facing consulting experiene in business process reengineering leading to full utilization of IBP system capabilties

·         Multiple full cycle implementation experience of S&OP process on SAP IBP platform is required

·         Deep Knowledge in IBP sub-modules like DP, SP, IO, SNP, and GATP and good understanding of integration between planning tools and ERP

·         Strong understanding of demand forecasting (including statistical modeling), supply planning, S&OP processes, and inventory optimization

·         Excellent communication skills, Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         Excellent Team Player with individual ownership

·         Get involved with customer scenarios, be able to understand business needs and discuss best approaches to help them

·         Collaborate within IT and across Business Subject Matter Experts

·         Document all relevant work activity including training
