·Certified Scrum Master

·At least 4 years of experience as a scrum master, ideally across multiple teams/orgs

·Excellent written and verbal English

·Experience with an organization in the early stages of agile transformation, e.g. with teams that have had little exposure to Scrum

·Highly motivated and proactive

Nice to have:

·Experience in some scaled agile model

·Telecom experience

·Project Manager experience, some scrum masters here are responsible for tracking some team and minor program budgets, so someone familiar with this area would be good.
