- Support the Portfolio Manager by performing various aspects of the project management lifecycle for initiatives assigned to you, while adhering to standards and tools defined by the organization
- Developing, maintaining, and improving IT Project Portfolio Management methodologies and processes
- Developing dashboards, graphics, and reports for portfolio analysis
- Coordinating with the project managers and other IT unit managers on project, workload, and IT asset information and processes
- Run daily operations including reports and analysis
- Work closely with business partners to understand needs, define cross-functional plans, etc.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; calls out concerns appropriately
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Minimum of five (5) years in a project management role; able to demonstrate experience using project management methodologies to successfully deliver business initiatives that achieved the desired outcomes
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Strong IT and analytical skills, including data analytics and dashboard development skills
