JOB DETAIL

  • Team supports shared services team, distribution management space: individual investors, 
  • Check mutual funds or plans, gatekeepers from security standpoint
  • Someone who has agile experience, take up IT management (uber R space?), need a senior to come in learn how tables interact and the data model, they have a lot of BAs but lacking the data side of things on the team currently
  • Ideal to have experience with front end/ data points, etc
  • BA with Agile and SQL background 
  • Shared services team: they have application services that shift between a lot of platforms
  • They have a senior team that is strong with scrum master/ BA/ PM front, just need someone who is technical on the data side, that’s the only skills set that is lacking
  • SQL: someone that can read SQL and modify existing code, may be some from scratch SQL code creation. For migration strategies for diff cloud or databases, there might be some complex SQL knowledge exp
  • If someone has snowflake, snaplogic or other ETL: it would add more value since they have some work that requires 
  • Postgres experience would be preferred, something that is a good quality for this role but not a deal breaker
  • Years of experience: Minimum 10+ . Urgent need, they have many diff clients and some prod support comes up- need to support urgent needs 
  • Data Analytics/ BI experience: not much needed, they have a different team that handles this, this resource will be tied to log in, so doesn’t hurt to know the work but need a data analyst over BI
  • Security or fraud background would be just as valuable as the financial experience- both are not required, but he prefers security, healthcare, banking, financial services, etc 
  • Ongoing staffing need rather than a specific project: they are going to support the team as a whole and what they do overall, growth strategy at TRP (high level): building out capabilities, linking various users, other staggering needs, so unable to discuss the specifics for the candidate
