·  4 to 7 years of networking experience.
·  Preferred experience with Meraki and ACI.
·  Provide diagnostic, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting support.
·  Implementation, management, and maintenance of data centers and branch offices.
·  Collaborate with vendors and technical personnel for issue resolution.
·  Maintain up-to-date information in ServiceNow for assigned tickets.
·  Proficient in troubleshooting complex network incidents, especially Cisco-related.
·  Change management following ITIL processes.
·  Routing, switching configuration, and troubleshooting.
·  Monitor alarms in SolarWinds.

Good to Have:

·        F5, Infoblox, Wireless, Cisco ACI, Cisco ISE.
·        Network Automation with Ansible/Python.
·        CCNA certification.
