• Lead and inspire a team of Automation Testers to deliver high-quality, automated test solutions.
• Develop and implement automated test strategies, frameworks, and scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline.
• Conduct code reviews of automated test scripts, ensuring best practices and maintainability.
• Provide technical guidance on test automation tools and technologies, staying current with industry trends.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and design automated test solutions accordingly.
• Troubleshoot and address issues identified in automated testing, working collaboratively with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience in driving automation testing initiatives within an Agile environment.
• Proficient in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Travis CI).
• Experience with performance testing, load testing, and security testing in an automated environment.
• ISTQB or similar certification is desirable.
