Summary:We're looking for an Enterprise Data Architect to lead the next generation data and analytic capabilities for the organization. They will be joining a strategic and collaborative team that is passionate about transforming our business and technology capabilities and paving the way for best-in-class solutions. The Enterprise Data Architect will collaborate with the other architects, engineers and business to apply your technical expertise to create best solutions to solve impactful business problems. The Enterprise Data Architect will be directly reporting to Senior Director, Enterprise Data and Analytics and dotted to the Chief Technology Officer.

Responsibilities:* Define vision and execute strategy for enterprise data architecture including cloud and on-premise data platforms* Provide strong thought leadership in pursuit of modern architecture principles and technology modernization* Collaborate with technology partners and architects in solution, technology, product and vendor assessments* Collaborate with IT leadership, research and clinical informatics, IT security, architects, and enterprise stakeholders to define vision and strategy* Identify and implement technologies and solutions for secure democratization of data and analytics* Optimize technology and delivery costs using the right mix of technologies and build-vs-buy approach, couple with the right mix of onshore and offshore talent* Hands-on prototyping of new technology solutions* Lead data architecture governance practice and actively participate in enterprise architecture governance board representing data domain
