§  Review project plans and stay current regarding changes. 

§  Review requirements documents. 

§  Monitor the creation of Test Plans and Test Cases from requirements and ensure they are updated and needed. 

§  Review test plans, test cases and test results from other teams and provide feedback. 

§  Monitor and report on the progress of testing. 

§  Raise risks to the QA activities related to the project and timelines.

§  Report on testing status including any risks to testing or schedule.  

§  Perform duties with minimal supervision 

§  Attend meetings as necessary

Skills Required:

§  Strong Knowledge in QA methods and practices 

§  Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC under Agile, DevOps and Waterfall methods 

§  Knowledgeable in QA automation techniques and uses 

§  Knowledgeable in various SDLC practices including Agile, Dev Ops, and Waterfall 

§  Knowledgeable in HIPAA rules 

§  Strong communication skills 

§  Attention to detail 

§  Self-starter 

§  Able to work independently or as part of a team

Experience Required:

§  Experience testing mainframe applications including batch processes 

§  Experience with SQL, SQL Server and/or other large databases 

§  Experience testing file formats on different platforms 

§  Experience devising and implementing strategies to address testing challenges 

§  Experience with healthcare applications 

§  3 years experience leading/managing large testing efforts with multiple overlapping phases 

§  5 years experience as a test lead 

§  3 years experience with Azure DevOps platform 

§  3 years experience testing web-based applications

Education Required:

§  4 year degree plus 4-5 years of working experience.
