• Review project plans and stay current regarding changes. 
• Review requirements documents. 
• Monitor the creation of Test Plans and Test Cases from requirements and ensure they are updated and needed. 
• Review test plans, test cases and test results from other teams and provide feedback. 
• Monitor and report on the progress of testing. 
• Raise risks to the QA activities related to the project and timelines.
• Report on testing status including any risks to testing or schedule.  
• Perform duties with minimal supervision 
• Attend meetings as necessary

Skills Required:

• Strong Knowledge in QA methods and practices 
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC under Agile, DevOps and Waterfall methods 
• Knowledgeable in QA automation techniques and uses 
• Knowledgeable in various SDLC practices including Agile, Dev Ops, and Waterfall 
• Knowledgeable in HIPAA rules 
• Strong communication skills 
• Attention to detail 
• Self-starter 
• Able to work independently or as part of a team

Experience Required:

• Experience testing mainframe applications including batch processes 
• Experience with SQL, SQL Server and/or other large databases 
• Experience testing file formats on different platforms 
• Experience devising and implementing strategies to address testing challenges 
• Experience with healthcare applications 
• 3 years’ experience leading/managing large testing efforts with multiple overlapping phases 
• 5 years’ experience as a test lead 
• 3 years’ experience with Azure DevOps platform 
• 3 years’ experience testing web-based applications
