JOB DETAIL

  • Responsible for the full systems lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation of SAP Sales and Distribution functionality in S/4 HANA.
  • Apply functional expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve business processes, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings for the client.
  • Participate on various SAP rollout projects or SAP support & maintenance projects within financials functional area.
  • Facilitate business process re-engineering sessions as part of discovery and preparation project phases.
  • Document and prioritize business requirements, process and techno-functional gaps, key decisions and future state solution designs.
  • Build and demo Proof of Concept / Model Office deployments of S/4 HANA to subject matter experts and process owners to help guide requirements gathering and solution design.
  • Prepare functional design and specifications, system configuration, perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed business solution.
  • Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge.

 Key job requirements include:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. Must have the ability to lead a cross functional team, facilitate client workshops, and present to large groups of client participants including C-Level stakeholders
  • 12 + years’ experience in SAP Sales and Distribution with strong expertise in Sales Master Data, Product Hierarchy, Order Management, Available to Promise, Pricing, Credit Management, Customer Returns, and Billing
  • 5 + years’ experience as a Project Lead delivering S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution (Minimum of 2 Greenfield and/or Brownfield deployments).
  • 5 + years’ experience in SAP Customer Service with strong expertise in Service Processing, Service Agreements, Etc.
  • 3 + years’ experience in CRM Platform Integration with Salesforce CPQ, SAP CRM, C4C, etc.
  • 3 + years’ experience in Rebates and Commissions
  • 3 + years’ experience in SAP Logistics Execution with strong expertise in Delivery Processing, Picking for outbound deliveries, Shipment processing, Shipment Cost documents, Handling Unit Management, and EDI
  • Strong Experience with Inter-Company Stock Transfers (STO), Intercompany Sales, Intercompany Sales with direct procurement, Sub-Contracting, and Consignment
  • Strong Experience integrating with FICO, MM, and PP
  • Experience with Variant Configuration is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ is a plus.
  • Experience integrating with 3PL systems is a plus.
  • Valid Passport is required.
  • SAP S/4HANA certification in Sales for release 2020 and above is highly desirable.
