JOB DETAIL

Relevant work experience of PeopleSoft Financials support, implementation and upgrade experience
PeopleSoft v9.x and PeopleTools v8.5x
In depth experience in any of the following PeopleSoft modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), eProcurement (ePro), Purchasing, Billing (BI), Accounts Receivable (AR), Project Costing (PC), PS Security and other related core PeopleSoft Financials modules
Strong Oracle SQL skills for troubleshooting data retrieval (Oracle 12c or latest versions)
Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in custom designs
Work experience in Finance industry, preferably Trading, Fixed Income and Investment Banking
Integration experience for interfacing with non-PeopleSoft products
Exposure to Change Management process (SDLC)
Must have Implementation, design, and customization experience for PeopleSoft HCM
modules such as Recruiting, Talent Acquisition Management, Workforce Administration, Benefits Administration, NA Payroll, Absence Management, Performance Management, Compensation, Position management, etc
Experience on performing data/code analysis, creation, and review of technical designs, and documentation from the functional design, coding, unit testing, and debugging various PeopleSoft HCM modules
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required
