• Designing, developing, and implementing GIS analytic processes such as change detection and geoprocessing workflows
• Developing and executing advanced queries or scripts
• Maintaining roadway centerline and linear referenced data using Esri Roads & Highways
• Utilizing GIS and organizational best practices to maintain and manage GIS layers
• Developing and documenting workflows, standards, and best practices
• Developing and executing test plans for all levels of system testing
• Scheduling meetings and coordinating project deliverables
• Developing instructions for application support

Required Skills:

• Advanced experience with Esris Roads & Highways   2  Years
• Advanced experience in GIS analysis, including the Esri suite of products
• Advanced experience working with linear referencing systems    2  Years
• Strong knowledge and understanding of GIS principals, theories and practices   2  Years
• Strong skills in development of analysis procedure, complex system integration, software configuration management, and business analysis    2  Years
• Experience troubleshooting and providing customer support   2  Years
