PeopleSoft and SAP experience

Support from the conversion perspective understands PeopleSoft and SAP data, and works with both teams to help ensure data is being converted properly

Expert in BOTH systems and help move through the validations in each cycle with more comfort.

Validate what we are sending (converting) is what we are being told to send (convert); accounts for everything in PeopleSoft not proficient in validating the data once it goes to SAP

Help extract and map backward to make sure we are not missing things before we get too far into a testing cycle

Help during the prep/validation
