About this team

We are a group of passionate individuals delivering Finance Systems roadmap globally. The team acts as system liaison between Technology and Finance to support new initiatives and maintain ERP Financial Systems such as Oracle EBS R12.2.10 Financials on OCI, EPBCS (Hyperion Planning), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Coupa, ReadSoft Online, Lucernex, Vertex O Series, Spreadsheet Server (Insight Software) Reporting
A day in the life:

The Business Analyst works closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create both business, functional and technical requirements for features and functionality to support our internal business needs and guest experiences.Business and functional requirements gathering & document technical requirements
Performs troubleshooting and investigates root cause of production issues
Translating business strategy into roadmaps for consumption by teams
Prioritizing requirements based on business and technical needs

Assess configuration options to meet requirements and specifications
Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with business stakeholders
Include dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements
Utilizing artifacts such as business requirements documents (BRDs), JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirements alignment sessions
Documents technical solutions to identified problems
Engages with engineers to design/configure solutions
Strong skills in cross-functional partnership and gaining alignment within constraints of the
project or work

Qualifications:
? Post secondary degree in Accounting, Information Systems. Accounting designation preferred.
? 7+ years hands on global experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials ERP systems
? Experience providing requirements for medium to large initiatives
? Act as functional lead on 2+ full life cycle financial project implementation and post go live
support
? Strong QA experience is an asset
? Experience with all aspects of project management, development & change management cycle
? Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
? Proven facilitation and problem-solving skills
? Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Description

? Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology
constraints while keep the end user needs at top of mind

Must haves:
? Strong application knowledge in Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials – GL, AP, AR, AGIS, Projects,
FA, eBTax, iExpense, Cash Management
? Solid experience in designing integrations to and from Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials
? Working knowledge in peripherals applications such as Coupa, Lucernex, EPBCS (Hyperion)
that integrate closely with Orcle EBS Financials
? Ability to manage system integrations and UAT cycle
? Working knowledge in : Oracle PL/SQL, Linux, sftp connectivity, Single Sign On
? Good understanding of EBS technical environment
? Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification is an asset
? Ability to accurately identify, document and recommend solutions to complex business problems
? Ability to multi-task and deliver within tight timeline
