- Minimum five years of experience in IT, with a focus on Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles, particularly in Incident & Problem Management.
- Understanding of various IT disciplines and their inter-relationships.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in utilizing various software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with endpoint management solution such as Tanium is a plus.
- Experience with ControlUp software is a plus.
