JOB DETAIL

1.            Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyze the product life cycle in the pharmaceutical industry.

2.            Engage with Pharma customers to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into actionable insights and meaningful visualizations.

3.            Develop and implement Tableau dashboards and reports that effectively communicate Commercial Sales KPIs and Key Account Management metrics to stakeholders.

4.            Utilize advanced Tableau functionalities to design interactive and intuitive dashboards for analyzing Pharma Commercial Sales Data Models.

5.            Extract, transform, and load data from various sources including IQVIA, VA, EDI, and others to create cohesive data models for reporting purposes.

6.            Conduct thorough analysis of existing dashboards, reports, and data sources to reverse engineer business logic and optimize data visualization processes.

7.            Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, data quality enhancements, and performance optimization within Tableau environment.

8.            Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Tableau developers and analysts on best practices, data visualization techniques, and Tableau functionalities specific to the pharmaceutical domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Tableau developer or lead with a focus on the pharmaceutical domain.
  • In-depth understanding of the product life cycle in the pharmaceutical industry and experience working with Pharma customers.
  • Strong knowledge of Commercial Sales KPIs, Key Account Management (KAM) metrics, and Pharma Commercial Sales Data Models.
  • Proficiency in extracting, transforming, and loading data from IQVIA, VA, EDI, and other pharmaceutical data sources.
  • Expertise in developing complex Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize pharmaceutical sales data effectively.
  • Ability to reverse engineer business logic from existing dashboards, reports, and data sources to optimize Tableau solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and visualization.
