JOB DETAIL

  • The successful candidate would have a background in the regulated GxP processes of Healthcare, life sciences, and Salesforce Service Cloud. As a techno-functional architect, the candidate is extensively experienced in Salesforce products and will be involved in working with the project delivery team, other vendors, business stakeholders, and client IT team members.
  • Utilize at least 6 years of overall experience in Salesforce, explicitly focusing on Service Cloud for at least 4 years.
  • Act in a dual capacity as a business and technical (service cloud) architect, bringing a versatile skill set to the role.
  • To understand the full extent of the solution, integration components, and how they fit into the Salesforce architecture.
  • Engage in client-facing responsibilities, requiring effective communication and coordination skills to develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Responsible for implementing solutions that support business requirements and drive critical decisions that improve processes and productivity.
  • Development of custom solutions and integrations.
  • Understanding of the regulated Software Life Cycle (SLC) Quality and validation support processes
  • Ensure seamless integration of Service Cloud with other Salesforce modules.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
  • Interact with subject matter experts to oversee delivery processes and requirements.
  • Managing the requirements, enhancement requests, and work items to meet business needs and project timelines.
