•    Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field- Preferred. 
•    Proven experience with PeopleSoft HCM and talent acquisition functionalities.
•    Extensive knowledge of APIs, including securing, managing, and troubleshooting them.
•    Proficiency in PeopleTools, PeopleCode, and Integration Broker.
•    Familiarity with JSON/XML, HTTP/S, and related web technologies.
•    Strong understanding of data privacy laws and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
•    Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•    Experience with middleware or third-party integration platforms is a plus.
Technical Skills:
•    Expertise in configuring and troubleshooting PeopleSoft ATS
•    Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services
•    Strong data mapping and transformation competencies
•    Ability to develop and interpret technical documentation
