Some other details that might be helpful
1.    These are technical project management roles.
2.     These are NOT Agile scrum master roles, but traditional waterfall PMP certified with expertise in MS project and with end-to-end project delivery experience as PM (not Tech lead, not Dev manager, not Business analyst role)
3.    Please vet candidates for their prior experience and writing and verbal communication skills
4.    Please do not send any resumes that seem to be tailored exactly to the JD.
5.    It is our prior experience that senior/overqualified candidates struggle to perform day to day hands-on PM duties  (though they state they are amenable to do junior roles in interviews).  We will not rule out senior candidates, but we need to see proof of their work samples in project manager role.
6.    There is no strategy component for these roles – this is not a requisition for program managers.
7.    Our project portfolio spans various domains – these ones specifically are for IT Applications . We at UC work with many campuses and external vendors. Vendor management and stakeholder communication are key qualities in a candidate that we assess for.
8.    We need a PM who worked primarily in Oracle project space heavily  - a project manager who worked in delivery of Oracle cloud projects working with AWS integrations. They will work with our financial business partners and executives closely. Understanding of Oracle financials will be a success factor for Oracle PM .

Job description
Seeking a seasoned project manager with 7+ years of solid project management experience for UCOP IT projects spanning multiple systems & technologies including infrastructure, security, Cloud technologies, Applications etc.
The ideal candidate must have demonstrable project delivery skills
1.    Able to drive project from initiation to closure with smooth handoff to operations teams
2.    Organize project work into Phases, Work streams
3.    Track and report status on entire project, individual phases, individual work streams, milestones, resource utilization, project finances (incl. burn-down)
4.    Comfortable with presenting to executives, sponsors, business leadership team
5.    Proficient in waterfall & Agile methodologies
6.    Thorough in maintaining all project artifacts – charter, executive material, RACI, RAID log etc,
7.    Skillful in project plan creation using MS project
8.    Create project dashboards
9.    End to end effective meeting facilitation (Clear Agenda with outcome, next steps, publishing Minutes, track actions etc.)
10.    Establish project governance & communication plans with clarity
