Should have 5-10 years of hands on experience of working as Performance tester
Should have done Performance and Load testing on LCMS, LMS and Lxp tools
Should be able to capture/gather the NFR requirements from the client
He/she should be able to work on Performance & Load testing tools like Jmeter, Loadrunner, Selenium tools
Should have thorough understanding and should be able to capture SLAs like Throughput, Endurance test, Memory Loss, etc
He/she should be able to create Performance and Load testing scripts independently.
This is a client facing role so must have excellent communication skills
He/she should be able to independently manage Environment readiness
Should be able to coordinate with client/poc to discuss and resolve bottlenecks or roadblocks during testing
Should be able to coordinate and create infrastructure for testing independently
Should be able to prepare and present detailed Test completion report
