- Ability to work with and clearly communicate with end-users to define root cause on issues.
- Creating and modifying job-aids related to the PLM process.
- Work with external customers (suppliers) to resolve issues they have regarding PLM.
- Ability to review and supplement test scripts.
- Expertise in SAP PLM and MM and integration with the other SAP modules: EHS, QM, PPPI.
- Experience with Engineering Records from PLM Web UI, Process route templates.
