- Good understanding of Selenium, Appium and Mobile automation design & development.
- Experienced in both iOS and Android - native, hybrid apps and also experience in Web testing, preferred if have any OS development experience
- Should be able to create/design test cases from requirements, estimate effort and test execution.
- Expertise in querying DB tables, writing DB queries.
- Experience in HP Quality Center for TC design, execution and defect tracking.
- Should be experienced in end to end testing activities, e.g. effort estimation, requirement gathering, test case design, defect logging/tracking.
- Should be well versed with STLC / SDLC, testing methodologies / process.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Client lead in Mobile QA track, help deliver QA projects successfully, and also lead automation initiatives in Appium and SEETEST
- Work closely with client leadership team to propose solutions and improvements to customer senior leadership
Generic Managerial Skills :
- Very good communication
- Lead client Automation team at Onshore (direct) + Offshore (indirect)
- Should be open to drive and take calls with offshore at onshore night
- Good experience in preparing presentations and articulation
