 Requirements:

• 3+ years leading software development projects
• Strong communication skills across various levels
• Expertise in identifying and resolving software issues
• Hands-on experience in coding and debugging
• Planning and tracking software deliverables experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 3-5 years as a Software Architect (desired)
