- Experienced writing functional and transactional copy
- Simplify large chunks of text into short, meaningful copy that helps the user complete the task at hand
- Craft copy that considers a user’s emotional state while also meeting the overall business goals
- Serve as advocate for the user and partner closely with UX Research and UX Design
- Developing and maintaining a consistent voice and tone for all user-facing content
- Writing and editing UI content for websites, apps, and other digital products
- Collaborating with UX designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, clear, and consistent
- Creating content guidelines and style guides to ensure consistent messaging across products
- Conducting user research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Developing content strategies to ensure content is optimized for user experience
- Creating and maintaining content inventories to ensure content is up-to-date and accurate
- Developing content templates to ensure content is consistent across products
