JOB DETAIL

job Description of CAIS to Salesforce Project. The CAIS to Salesforce project is expected to include the following:
3.1.Requirements Analysis and Documentation.
3.1.1.Work with Citizens’ business users and internal teams to conduct analysis and document requirements for specific Salesforce enhancements or features.
3.1.2.Provide detailed functional technical documentation for each analyzed requirement.
3.2.Development.
3.2.1.Customize and configure Salesforce based on the documented requirements for each Purchase Order.
3.2.2.Develop custom objects, fields, workflows, processes, and automation according to the specific scope of each Purchase Order.
3.3.Testing.
3.3.1.Develop a testing strategy specific to the Purchase Order's scope, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
3.3.2.Perform thorough testing and provide detailed test results for each task.
3.3.3.Assist in developing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts for Client’s business unit to perform UAT testing.
3.3.4.Wherever feasible, perform any Load testing to adhere to all non-functional requirements.
3.4.Limited Oversight To Be Provided By the client will provide vendor with full access to the CAIS System and sufficient Salesforce development and test environments in which to perform its work. client's staff will be available to vendor to answer any questions but does not intend to oversee the actual work on a day-to-day basis. Vendor will be expected to provide its own senior project managers, program managers, and other supervisory personnel, which client will pay for. Weekly high-level status meetings with the client are expected so that client can track vendor’s progress.
