We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with expertise in SAP BI, Ariba Spend Analytics and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), potentially including the new SAP Spend Control Tower. Responsible for leveraging these powerful tools help our client gain valuable insights into their spending data and drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Data Acquisition and Integration:
- Design and implement strategies to collect and integrate spend data from various sources (ERP, Ariba, other systems).
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through cleansing and standardization processes.
- Manage and maintain data pipelines to ensure continuous flow of information.
- Spend Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize SAP BI, Ariba Spend Analytics and or SAC to analyze spending patterns, identify trends, and uncover cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to stakeholders across the organization.
- Be able to understand and communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner, tailored to different audiences.
- Advanced Analytics and Modeling:
- Utilize advanced features within SAP BI, Ariba Spend Analytics and or SAC, such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and scenario modeling.
- Develop and implement custom reports and dashboards based on specific business needs within Ariba Spend Control Tower
- Process Improvement and Optimization:
- Leverage spend insights to identify and recommend improvements to procurement processes.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organization to implement process changes and track their effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of spend management best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or Engineering related field.
- 8+ years of experience in procurement, finance, or data analysis.
- Proven experience with SAP BI, Ariba Spend Analytics and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with data visualization tools preferred.
- Experience with Ariba Spend Control Tower or others a plus.
