The Salesforce Business Analyst has a Project Management Institute (PMI) - Professional in Business Analyst or International Institute of Business Analyst (IIBA) - Certified Business Analyst Professional. The certifications must be active and not expire by the time of proposal submission. The bidder shall submit a copy of the Certified Business Analyst Professional certificate with the proposal.
DQ2: The Salesforce Business Analyst has a minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience within the last ten (10) years of implementing Salesforce. The Salesforce application system must be for a state, county or city government with a population greater than 1,000,000 people. Bidder will receive five (5) points per year up to the (5) years of satisfactory Salesforce Business Analyst experience. (5 years of exp. required)
DQ3: The Salesforce Business Analyst has a minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience within the last three (3) years implementing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions. Bidder will receive eight decimal three (8.3) points per year up to three (3) years of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Business Analyst experience. (3 years of exp. Required)
DQ4: The Salesforce Business Analyst has a minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience within the last ten (10) years of State of CA Technology Implementation project experience. Bidder will receive five (5) points per year up to the (5) years of satisfactory Salesforce Business Analyst experience. (5 years of exp. required)
DQ5: The Salesforce Business Analyst has a minimum of one (1) year of FTE experience within the last ten (10) years implementing other State and Local Government projects. Bidder will receive five (5) points per year up to five (5) years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience for State and Local Government projects. (5 years of exp. required)
