• We are looking for a resource With deep functional knowledge of CSM (Customer Service Management) & FSM (Field Service

Management)

• One who can take business requirement and translate into end-to-end functional design in CSM & FSM module

• We want doers - the expectation is that this resource is hands on , he/she should be able to come up With end-to-end functional design

in CSM / FSM , configure CSM / FSM modules, create technical Story / functional Story for configuration Of CSM / FSM module.

Note:  Any servicenow related title should be fine  (E.g) ServiceNow practitioners, ServiceNow Consultant, Architect,  SME, Director, Head of ServiceNow, but candidate must be strong in both modules (CSM, FSM)
