- Skilled of Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) HL7 standard preferred
- Skilled in use of standard desktop software
- Skilled in use of common data analysis tools and languages (such as SQL and Power BI)
- Skilled in creating and implementing software test plans and test cases
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments
