JOB DETAIL

  • Understanding the Business Requirements, requirement gathering process with business users by studying the Functional Documents.
  • Developed roadmap to implement workday functionality, including WD Core HR & for different modules, testing, transformation of data from legacy system to Workday, preview tenant to Production .
  • Configuration of Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) & payroll, per business requirements, configuration of Benefit Plans, Groups, Coverage, & OE, eligibility rules, total rewards Statement.
  • Compensation Plans, Grades, Grade Profiles, configuration of Merit, Bonus, Stock Plans and Comp. Matrix and Grids based on the business needs, set up merit BPs with shared participation grid, Rollout compensation plans, update employee compensation data through EIB loads based on organizations.
  • Advised to client on Workday capabilities & best solutions, enhancement, new features/Version release, configured new vendors for Benefits & Payroll in Workday, Configuration of Single Sign on (SSO).
  • Requirement gathering, analyzed, designed, tested and development of Workday Solutions, Unit test, UAT, End to End testing, creating Test Cases & Test Scenarios, Testing process and documentation.
  • Involved in Defining global requirements like Before starting the implementation process, it's important to define your organization's global HR and financial requirements. This includes understanding the specific needs and regulations of each country or region you operate in, as well as any language or cultural considerations.
  • Involved in Choose a phased implementation approach: Implementing Workday globally is best done in phases, with each phase focusing on a specific country or region. This allows you to focus on specific requirements and make any necessary adjustments before rolling out to additional countries.
