• Develop and maintain MS Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.
• Configure and customize CRM solutions.
• Implement and troubleshoot integrations with other systems including workflows and web services.
• Implement and maintain access control based on roles and security best practices.
• Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team.
• Define use cases and gather business requirements.
• Effectively articulate potential solutions, ideas, and suggestions clearly
Required skills:
• 3-5 years' experience implementing & customizing Power Platforms & Dynamics 365 Cloud solutions with emphasis in Customer Service, Case Management and Field Service preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices
• Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or relevant discipline required
• Strong working knowledge in implementing data migrations, third party integrations (API's/SSIS), plug ins, automated CI/CD pipelines, and version management.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP. Net, JSON, JavaScript development or other object-oriented programming languages
• Experience in all phases of the SDLC (processes and best practices)
• Ability to present persuasively and effectively.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Evaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions
• Microsoft CRM Application certification is a plus
• Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint is a plus.
• Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.

• Strong writing and verbal skill
• This is a hybrid position, and the candidate must be able to work in person 2 days a week
